An invaluable resource for girls and women alike, Tara Moss shares advice and personal experience on how to ensure their voice can be heard above those of the self-perceived ‘stronger’ sex.
Sadly, even in this second decade of the new millennia, many men still consider themselves superior to women, refusing to admit that the battle between the sexes is old news, and equality is all that now matters.
Moss has sent twenty years in the public eye and seen and heard it all, readily admitting that the deck is firmly stacked against women from the start, with less than one in four people in the media’s eye being female.
Using that wealth of experience Moss guides girls and women – and male readers, who will find much in their own behaviour to adjust – on how to speak publicly, research and support their arguments, handle oneself online safely, and deal with criticism both fair and unjust.
Speaking as a husband and a father, this is essential reading for the whole family.
