Anyone who hasn’t been living under a mountain of junk food knows that the only food trend that matters in recent years is that of a holistically healthy approach to what we put inside our bodies.

Rebecca Katz has drawn on her Masters of Science degree in Health & Nutrition Education to compile this collection of soups which will nourish and naturally detoxify the body, ensuring health and vitality all year round.

It’s no secret, of course, that soups have a profound healing power, and Katz harnesses that here, with the added advantage that the recipes sound absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious.

One could argue that no-one truly NEEDS yet another soup cookbook, but with recipes that demystify the basics of making master stock broths from scratch, and using them to make beautiful Roasted yellow heirloom tomato soup finished with a ‘many herb drizzle’, Cuban black bean soup, Ruby red beetroot soup, Coconut cauliflower soup with ginger & turmeric, Chilled watermelon soup with chilli and lime, AND a final section on ‘soup toppers’ to really finish off your creations, it’s hard not to love Clean Soups.

This copy is going straight into the kitchen, where it will undoubtedly get a lot of use.
