Performers Announced for The ACM Experience in Las Vegas, April 5-7

Encino, CA (March 29, 2013) – The Academy of Country Music announced today the line-up of free music performances and special events held during the open-to-the-public ACM EXPERIENCE, a family-friendly country music lifestyle event held April 5-7, 2013 at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.  Artists including Jewel, Katie Armiger, Easton CorbinJerrod Niemann, Danielle Peck, Tate StevensCharlie Worsham, Blackberry SmokeLove and Theft and more will be featured.

Special ACM EXPERIENCE music events (full schedule below) include:

  • Sneak peek of scenes from the upcoming Lifetime Original Movie “Ring of Fire,” starring Jewel as June Carter Cash, including a LIVE acoustic performance by Jewel
  • ACM Songwriter Show at Orleans Showroom will bring the fan experience akin to Nashville’s Bluebird Café to Las Vegas!  Hosted by Dallas Davidson and Don Schlitz and featuring ACM Song and Songwriter of the Year nominees Phil BartonJohnny Bulford, Will HogeLuke LairdShane McAnally and Jon Stone.
  • Free-to-the-public performances on many stages throughout the weekend, at Bourbon Street Lounge, Brendan’s and the Orleans Showroom in The Orleans Hotel and Casino and more

These musical performances join the ACM Party for a Cause Festival, a ticketed 2-day outdoor music festival on April 5 and 6, and culminate in the 3rd Annual ACM Fan Jam and Post-Awards Concert, a ticketed event headlined by Brad Paisley, on Sunday, April 7, 2013, both at the Orleans Arena.  The ACM Fan Jam is a remote location featured during the LIVE telecast of the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, on the CBS Television Network. This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10am PT Friday, April 5 (day of show only) from the Orleans Showroom Box Office inside the Orleans Hotel and Casino.

Saturday, April 6
