WHAT: A-list celebrities, NFL athletes and thousands of spectators will converge on more than one million pounds of freshly poured sand to take part in DIRECTV’s Seventh Annual Celebrity Beach Bowl on Saturday, Feb. 2. The DIRECTV Celebrity Beach Bowl, which is free and open to the public, has become the must-attend event of Super Bowl weekend attracting thousands of spectators who flock to the event every year to witness Hollywood’s biggest stars compete against former NFL greats in a wild flag football game where anything can happen. www.directv.com/beachbowl
