PRESS CLUB RELEASE FOURTH ALBUM & ANNOUNCE AUSTRALIAN HEADLINE TOUR

+ TOURING UK & EUROPE JUNE/JULY

PRAISE FOR TO ALL THE ONES THAT I LOVE

“Melbourne’s punk rockers are now more diverse… the sound is more varied, the songwriting more complex.” Rolling Stone

“Press Club evolve and expand their sound…an album that speaks to all” CLASH

“An album where every track grabs me, with an indie rock sound that feels like a warm hug and leaves me wanting more. A worthy contender for Album of the Year!” – Ox Fanzine Germany 9/10
“Press Club’s latest record doesn’t just sound different—it feels different. It’s more exploratory, layered, and willing to take sonic risks.” Forte Magazine

“One of my favourite Australian bands” Dan P Carter, Radio 1

“On To All The Ones That I Love, the Australians oscillate between their punk roots, US college rock and pop melodies rooted in the British underground. They fit very well into the present, perhaps also because the band, but especially the voice of Natalie Foster, has become more nuanced.” Musikepxress 5 stars

“Out of your comfort zone… but the real gain lies in the nuances. With them, the group around singer Natalie Foster is increasingly setting itself apart from the punk masses.” Classic Rock

“Out of the suburban clubs and into the bigger venues: PRESS CLUB sound bigger than ever on their fourth album.” Visions Magazine Germany

Naarm / Melbourne punk-rock four-piece Press Club independently release their much-anticipated fourth album, To All The Ones That I Love, out today.

Diverse and evolved, To All The Ones That I Love boasts a massive, textural sound while exploring themes of introspection, growth and harnessing the power of self-awareness.

Recorded at the band’s own studio in Footscray, with guitarist Greg Rietwyk on production and mixing, before the album was mastered by Kris Crummett (Closure in Moscow, Dune Rats, Currents) the album includes singles ‘Tightrope’, ‘I Am Everything’ and ‘Wasted Days’.

Today also sees the band share a video clip for the album’s title track, directed by longtime collaborator Nick Manuell. Captured with raw intimacy and signature grit, the clip echoes the track’s message: a powerful love letter to connection, community, and self.

“We’re talking to a few groups of people,” says drummer Frank Press Club. “First is our fans who’ve followed us on the journey so far and without whom we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Secondly are our friends and families, who support us both in our music and in our lives. And lastly we’re talking to each other, we’ve come a long way together and prop each other up. To All The Ones That I Love is literally a love letter, not just to our fans and families, but also to ourselves.”

Constantly on the road, Press Club also announce a national Australian tour for July and August. Taking the new album to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong, Adelaide, Fremantle, Scarborough and playing their biggest hometown headline show to date at The Corner Hotel. This will be their last Melbourne hometown show for 2025.

UK and European audiences have less of a wait with a month of touring announced for June, including festival performances at 2000 Trees in the UK, Farewell Youth and Not Sorry Festivals in Germany, and performing for their first time in Croatia at INmusic Festival. An abundance of headline shows also on offer with support from fellow Australian bands DZ Deathrays and Mannequin Death Squad.

Press Club’s bassist Iain MacRae looks ahead to the tour: “It’s been a minute since we’ve been on the road, solely in the name of Press Club. These road dogs are ready to howl! But seriously, it’s gonna be unreal to tap into some of the songs from our new record, To All The Ones That I Love on the stage.”

Press Club’s evolution from gritty newcomers to critically acclaimed punk veterans has been swift and powerful. Their 2018 debut Late Teens and its acclaimed 2019 follow-up Wasted Energy catapulted the band onto the global stage, earning praise from the likes of triple j, Radio 1’s Rock Show, Visions Magazine Germany and seeing them tour extensively across Australia, the UK, and Europe. Their third album, Endless Motion (2022), solidified their status as one of Australia’s most vital punk exports – debuting at #3 in the AIR Independent Label chart, landed Album of the Week at Double J and was nominated for Best Independent Punk Album at the AIR Awards.
