The UK has a cool unsigned band that recently released a really good five song EP that will hopefully gain some attention and get them signed. “Right Words” kicks this disc off in the right direction with a great rock groove that swirls nicely around the lead vocals and the chorus. The guitars have a different sound that blends well. “Disappear” comes next with a cool tempo and vibe. The guitars are simple, yet compliment the rest of the track. The drums lead the charge and keep the track moving nicely. “I Don’t Wanna Know” splits the tracks and keeps a rock sound in place once you get past the intro. The vocals take the lead and really stand out on this track, especially when the catchy chorus kicks in. “Broken” is a moodier track that uses a mildly ethereal sound to enhance the lyrics and mood of the song overall. The drums and bass anchor the track while the guitars chug along behind the vocals. “Remember You” opens with an anthemic feel that leads into a great chorus that should go over well in a live scenario. The song blends the different textures of the other tracks and seems to be the best overall representation of the bands sound.
