GRAMMY AWARD-WINNING, PLATINUM-SELLING SUPERSTAR R. KELLY ANNOUNCES NEW SINGLE “MY STORY” FEATURING 2 CHAINZ

(July 29, 2013) – Hot off the heels of a recent electrifying performance at the BET Awards and a sold out show at LA’s Staples Center, multi-platinum selling artist R. Kelly is set to release the single “My Story” featuring 2 Chainz. The song is the first single from musician’s highly anticipated twelfth studio album, Black Panties.

While this is the first new music from R. Kelly since last year’s “Best R&B Album of the Year” Grammy-nominated album Write Me Back, fans have experienced exhilarating performances by the superstar at summer music festivals. His first performance was a surprise appearance at the famed Coachella Festival before he lit up the stages of Bonnaroo. He then delivered a thrilling hometown performance as headliner at the Pitchfork Music Festival on July 21 at Chicago’s Union Park.
