Austin Parks Foundation (www.austinparks.org): The Austin Parks Foundation (APF) is a non-profit organization devoted to building public/private partnerships to develop and maintain parks, trails and open space in Austin and Travis County. APF connects people to resources and partnerships to develop and improve parks, and fills the gap between what needs to be done and what our parks department can afford to do. Since 1992, APF has initiated, promoted, and facilitated physical improvements, new programming, and greater community involvement for Austin’s 19,000+ acres of parkland. Each year, APF generates millions of dollars in volunteer time, in-kind donations, and financial support for city parks. Since 2007 APF has benefitted from a generous share of proceeds from the 2006-2011 Austin City Limits Music Festivals, which it has used to fund more than 82 park projects. APF is grateful to the attendees of the Austin City Limits Music Festival for their role in helping the Foundation improve parks throughout Austin.
Austin City Limits (www.pbs.org/austin): Austin City Limits (ACL) is a television series on PBS that records and broadcasts original musical performances from exciting new talent and legendary artists of all genres.

In 2012, ACL received a rare institutional Peabody Award for excellence and outstanding achievement. The historic KLRU Studio 6A, home to 36 years of ACL concerts, has been designated an official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Landmark. In 2011, ACL moved to the new venue ACL Live at The Moody Theater in downtown Austin.
ACL is produced by KLRU-TV and funding is provided in part by AMD, Budweiser, the Austin Convention Center Department and Dell. Additional funding is provided by the Friends of Austin City Limits. Learn more about Austin City Limits, programming and history at acltv.com.
