MIGUEL RELEASES “HOW MANY DRINKS?” VIDEO FEATURING KENDRICK LAMAR TODAY ON PITCHFORK.COM!

[New York, NY – April 19, 2013] – Fresh from a captivating performance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live, Grammy-Award winner Miguel has released the official music video for “How Many Drinks?” featuring hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar today on Pitchfork.com. The performance shot video was directed by Clark Jackson (aka Constellation Jones) and captured last month in Los Angeles, CA.

Penned by Miguel and produced by Salaam Remi, “How Many Drinks?” is the third single from the genre-bending Kaleidoscope Dream which debuted at #1 on the Billboard R&B Albums chart and entered at #3 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Digital Albums charts.

Miguel, along with RCA Records label mate’s Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera, is also included in this year’s TIME magazine’s 10^th annual “100 issue.” The issue highlights the magazine’s 100 most influential artists, leaders, pioneers, titans and icons from around the world.

Attesting to his groundbreaking sophomore album, fueled by his hit single “Adorn,” Miguel is being acknowledged by this year’s Billboard Music Awards. He is set to perform and is also nominated for the fan-driven “Milestone Award,” presented by Chevrolet. The award recognizes hitmakers who have showcased creative spirit and skill this past year. Comedian Tracy Morgan will host the awards live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 19^th and will be televised on ABC at 8/7c.
