(New York, NY – March 01, 2013) – Newly signed 88 Classic/RCA Records hip-hop artist Kid Ink official major label debut video “Bad Ass” will premiere this Sunday on MTV2, MTV Jams, MTVu, MTV.com and will also highlighted as the “Jam of the Week.” Following the broadcast world premiere, the visual, which features appearances by MMG superstars Meek Mill and Wale, will be a spotlight feature on the world’s leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform, VEVO.com on Monday, March 4th.
Set at night in an engulfed Los Angeles, CA warehouse, the Alex Nazari (Wiz Khalifa, 2Chainz, Tyga) guided video portrays Kid Ink as a chief firefighter who is called to the rescue with a host of beautiful female firefighters to put out the flaming inferno. The captivating video is packed with high energy and captivating performance shots of the fearless Kid Ink with co-stars Meek Mill and Wale. The ear-catching “Bad Ass” single, produced by Devin Cruise, was recently the most added song on rhythm radio and reached the #5 spot on the iTunes hip-hop songs chart.
