COUNTERPARTS RELEASE “THE DISCONNECT” MUSIC VIDEO

COUNTERPARTS have released a fresh new video for “The Disconnect” from their latest release The Current Will Carry Us. The video was produced by Vinnie Leonetti on their recent Canadian tour with STRAY FROM THE PATH, OBEY THE BRAVE, BACKTRACK and NORTHLANE. Watch the video here and get submersed in the spirit of hardcore.

Vocalist Brendan Murphy comments, “The video for “The Disconnect” is a perfect representation of us as a band. When we go on tour, we aren’t there to impress anyone, we aren’t going to “work”, and we are going to have fun. Since day one, this band has been about having fun and making ourselves happy. This video gives people an insight into who we are when we aren’t on stage and how we spend our time. Whether it is skateboarding, trust-falling off our trailer, dancing, getting drunk, playing UNO in crappy hotel rooms or just straight up being children; you can be sure that we’re having the time of our lives. That’s what motivates us to get in the van time after time.”

Since signing to Victory Records in 2011, COUNTERPARTS has been on an upward trajectory, turning heads across the world. Alternative Press Magazine couldn’t have been more right when they selected them as one of the “100 Bands You Need To Know In 2012”. COUNTERPARTS have been touring relentlessly throughout North America and Europe and beginning February 7^th, 2013 they will check another country off their growing list as they prepare to conquer the UK touring alongside YOUR DEMISE and FACT.
