Get ready for the very VERY special 10 year anniversary edition of West Coast Blues ‘n’ Roots!

Over the past 9 years, West Coast Blues ‘n’ Roots has proudly brought to Fremantle some truly legendary artists such as Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, James Brown, The Pogues, John Fogerty, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Crowded House, John Mayer, Grace Jones, Ray Davies, Bo Diddly, Jools Holland, Jack Johnson, Jeff Beck, Steve Earle – the list goes on and on! And in years gone, we showcased some breaking acts whose names now shine in the brightest lights, like Jason Mraz, The Black Keys, Gotye and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.
Over the past few months, the teams at Sunset Events and Chugg Entertainment have focused on creating truly the most incredible line up yet, for this extra special edition 10th anniversary festival.
We’re pleased to be bringing to Fremantle the biggest line up in the festival’s history, featuring some of the most credible artists from around the world. The line up is so big in fact that there will be a whole weekend to celebrate this milestone. Blues ‘n’ Roots 2013 will be a two-day extravaganza of aural and visual delights perfectly catered to the true music lover.
Michael Chugg of Chugg Entertainment said;
“2013 is going to be the biggest year the festival has seen – and rightly so for its 10th birthday celebrations. The calibre of acts is so broad and yet still so dynamic… it crosses over many generations which is what the event is all about; great music for the music lover, no matter how old you are.”
Dave Chitty of Sunset Events said;
“We are thrilled to be able to bring such an incredible line up to our beloved Fremantle, and what a line up it is for our 10th year anniversary. We’ve been proudly producing festivals for WA  for well over a decade and this bill is the biggest the state has ever seen. It’s going to be an amazing weekend.“
