PITBULL Unveils Details “Global Warming!”
Los Angeles, CA –November 7, 2012 – International music sensation Pitbull invites the world to the new sounds of Global Warming, the hit maker’s seventh album. Available on November 19 and released by RCA Records / Mr. 305 / Polo Grounds, the highly anticipated studio album was recorded around the globe and features some of the world’s hottest musical artists. Pitbull will also release his first ever full-length concert DVD entitled Pitbull: Live At Rock In Rio on Tuesday, November 27. The DVD will feature live performances of Pitbull’s smash hits from his tour stop in Madrid this summer.
Global Warming is a collection of Pitbull’s musical influences from around the world that creates a one-of-a-kind global sound. The album is filled with pop music luminaries such as Christina Aguilera (“Feel This Moment”), Jennifer Lopez (“Drinks For You ‘Ladies Anthem’”), Enrique Iglesias (“Tchu Tchu Tcha”), and Chris Brown (“Hope We Meet Again”). Global Warming will also include Pitbull’s current hit single with TJR “Don’t Stop The Party” plus “Back In Time” from the action adventure comedy Men In Black 3.
To give Global Warming its edge, Pitbull surrounds himself with many of today’s hottest artists, including appearances by Usher and Afrojack on “Party Ain’t Over.” Afrojack is also featured with Havana Brown on “Last Night.” Pitbull also penned with Latin Grammy-nominated artist Sensato on “Global Warming” and upcoming songwriter/producer Danny Mercer on “Outta Nowhere.”
Pitbull will launch a massive media blitz to promote Global Warming including being featured on the special issue cover of Rolling Stone this week plus high profile television appearances on the Latin Grammys, American Music Awards where Pit’s nominated for 2 awards, Today Show Toyota Outdoor Concert Series, The View, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Chelsea Lately, Access Hollywood Live and more.
Pitbull has risen to become a global superstar as both a recording and performing artist. The Miami-native recently added to a long-and-growing list of hits with his first #1, “Give Me Everything.” At the same time, his world tour sold out concerts throughout Latin America, Canada and Europe, before bringing the party to the United States, Japan and Australia.
