Defiler’s New Studio Album, Nematocera, Now Available For Pre-Order In A Variety Of Bundles At MerchNow (Out October 9th – Razor & Tie)
(New York, NY) – Defiler’s latest debut studio album, Nematocera (Razor & Tie), is now available for pre-order at MerchNow in a variety of different fan bundles. The new album is confirmed for release on October 9th (Razor & Tie). The band self-produced the record with mixing duties being handled by Chris “Zeuss” Harris (Suicide Silence, Chelsea Grin, TheAcacia Strain).
Defiler pre-order bundles all include an instant download of “Metamora” and a digital download of the full album on release day. Other bundle options include a physical copy ofNematocera, a band poster and a variety of Defiler merch options including different t-shirt and hoodie designs. Defiler has already earned itself a buzz with “Cryomancer” (which generated over 2 million combined views on YouTube). The song also appeared on last summer’s Mayhem Hatewear compilation, For The Headbanger’s 2. In 2010, Defiler released its debut album, Pangaea, and in 2011 Jamey Jasta re-issued the album on his Stillborn Records imprint. Defiler is led by 19 year old front man Jake Pelzl and is rounded out by Ethan Lewis – (guitar), Ian Poole – (drums) and Jesse Dhaliwal – (bass).
