The Disappointed were waiting out the last screaming relics of capitalism in style, pumping out thumping singles and trying to convince themselves that they matter. A couple of tracks from their last EP were nominated for WA rock track of the year, and who cares if they woke up with nothing more than hangovers and weird feelings.

Find A Rope finds The Disappointed heavier than ever, smothered in that self-aware self-loathing that suffocates a generation of dirt poor entrepreneurs. Lifted from Disappear, the five piece’s intense upcoming third EP, you might hear some Faith No More and Modest Mouse in there. Out September 11 on Blue Grey Pink.
