[LOS ANGELES, CA – July 9, 2013] – America’s boy band, Midnight Red has arrived as their summer smash ‘Take Me Home’ rolls out July 16th on iTunes. Currently still in the studio recording their debut album, eager fans of the band can listen to the debut track viaSeventeen.com, who instantly gravitated towards the song and premiered their lyric video today http://smarturl.it/mnrlyric17. Additionally, ‘Take Me Home’ can be heard all summer long in movie theaters across the country as the theme song to iHeart Radio Coca-Cola summer campaign http://smarturl.it/MNRCokeiHeart

The band, produced by music executive and multi-Grammy Award-winning producer/songwriter RedOne (Nadir Khayat) is signed to a joint venture with 2101 Record label and Capitol Music Group. Midnight Red is 2101’s second signing since announcing the partnership earlier this year. ‘Take Me Home’ produced by RedOne is flawless pop at its finest – an instant, exuberant hit demonstrating the bands unmistakable harmonies.

Hailing from every corner of the country, Midnight Red is an all-American sensation. California natives Joey Diggs Jr. & Eric Secharia, Texan Thomas Augusto, Seattle-born Anthony Ladao, and Colton Rudloff from Buffalo, NY teamed up with the help of RedOne.  Harmonious as they are, what separates Midnight Red from the pack is the combustible energy and charisma of their live show—as evidenced by their fans’ (dubbed the “Redheads”) passionate screams and homemade signs . The five earned their stripes (and honed their chops) opening up for the Backstreet Boys/New Kids on the Block tour last year.

Los Angeles Redheads can see Midnight Red exclusively when they perform at Universal CityWalk’s “5 Towers” outdoor concert venue as part of its popular free “Summer Music Spotlight Series,”, August 17.

Midnight Red’s first digital release ‘Hell Yeah’ made a huge impact on audiences. ‘Hell Yeah’, combined with the group’s cover of Taylor Swift’s ‘Trouble’ has launched the band to nearly 5 million digital impressions worldwide.

Midnight Red will head out on the most exciting teen festival of the summer, The POP Explosion Tour (http://www.POPexplosionTOUR.com,) presented by Popchips and Popstar Magazine. The tour began June 22 in Orlando, Florida and continues across the country.
