JORDAN RUDESS Of DREAM THEATER Updates Instrument Apps “SAMPLEWIZ,” “MORPHWIZ” AND “GEO SYNTHESIZER”
JORDAN RUDESS, the keyboardist/Continuum-player/multi-instrumentalist for Grammy-nominated prog rock/metal icons Dream Theater, along with his company Wizdom Music, are pleased to announce that all of their instrument apps–“SAMPLEWIZ,” “MORPHWIZ” and“GEO SYNTHESIZER”–have now been updated for compatibility with AudioBus (a standalone app and an API for other developers to include in their own apps). AudioBus allows live audio streaming between apps, providing the ability to use apps together like modules in a studio.
In addition Wizdom Music is happy to announce that their latest app, EARWIZARD, has now become a universal app and will be available for iPad, iPhone and also in Japanese (adding to the 8 languages it’s already available in: Spanish, English, Greek, Dutch, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese and German). EarWizard trains your ear while improving your memory skills by having the player repeat back a sequence of chords which gets longer with each round of play. As you improve your skills, the visuals disappear and you’ll have to depend on your ear. View a clip of Jordan playing EarWizard here: http://tiny.cc/lgxo0w
