Kat Graham Premieres New Single “Power”

Actress and singer KAT GRAHAM has premiered her new single “Power” via A&M/Octone. In addition to releasing new music, Kat will soon appear on the 5th season of CW’s highest rated show, Vampire Diaries, and will be gearing up for a number of radio festival performances, including the Kiss 98.5 show in Buffalo later this month. The new single “Power” refers to exactly what it implies – giving yourself the ability to accomplish anything. Kat touches on the track and its capacity: “The meaning behind ‘Power’ for me was to express that true power comes from within. Someone can come into your life and unlock the door to your potential. For me, that was love, but it can be anything to anyone. From ‘Graffiti,’ to ‘Wanna Say,’ to this – I feel like I’ve found a space that makes sense for where I’m at as an artist, that fits into who I am as a whole. This is also a gift to my fans and a way that I can thank them through artistic expression. It’s a song that starts off with the feeling like you’re just one of many, and someone helping you to see that in the end, there’s only you.”
