(New York, New York) – Fresh off their headlining European and Australian dates as well as support dates on P!nk’s European tour, WALK THE MOON have announced a US headlining tour set for this fall 2013.  The band will kick off the tour in their home state at the LC Pavilion’s Outdoor Stage. The band is excited to have support from both Magic Man and The Mowgli’s.  Additional tour dates to be announced soon.

WALK THE MOON is also confirmed to play JAY-Z’s curated Made in America Festival in Philadelphia in August as well as the Cultivate Festival in Chicago, Loufest in St. Louis.  Earlier today, the band was also announced to play Austin City Limits.

WALK THE MOON wants to thank their fans by offering an exclusive 24 hour special for Early Entry VIP Ticket Bundles.  The VIP bundles will go on sale Thursday, May 9th at 10am local time for 24 hours ONLY via The bundle will include a regular GA ticket and an early entry commemorative cloth wristband which can be picked up at will call on the day of the show.  Fans with the VIP wristbands will have first access to the venue when doors open to allow them to get closest to the stage.  Wristbands will be specific to each night and can not be reused.  Fans with just GA tickets will be let into the venue after the wristband line empties.

General on sale for most shows will be at 10am local venue time on Friday May 10th via Please visit the band’s site for more specific on sale information for your city.

On this tour, WALK THE MOON will join the likes of John Mayer, Beyonce, My Morning Jacket & Pearl Jam by donating 2 tickets from every show to the Global Citizens Tickets Initiative.  Music fans participating in social actions earn points they can use to win free concert tickets.  Learn more about how you can get involved and win here:

This summer the band is set to play numerous festivals across the US including Bonnaroo Festival, Summerfest and Bunbury Festival in their hometown of Cincinnati, OH.

Launched in Ohio in 2008 by lead singer, songwriter and keyboard player Nicholas Petricca, WALK THE MOON includes Kevin Ray (bass, vocals), Eli Maiman (guitar, vocals) and Sean Waugaman (drums, vocals).
