THIS IS THE END: ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK TO BE RELEASED ON RCA RECORDS JUNE 11th

[New York, NY – May 16, 2013] – In the upcoming comedic film This Is The End, in theaters June 12^th, they’re partying like there’s no tomorrow at James Franco’s house… and they might be right. On June 11^th, everyone can party like it’s the end of the world with the release of This Is The End: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack(RCA Records). The only official soundtrack to the apocalypse features a panty-dropping collaboration between the legendary Snoop Dogg and one of the film’s stars Craig Robinson that pleads for ladies to “Take Yo Panties Off.” The album also includes a wistful contribution from Franco’s band Daddy on “Love In The Old Days” and more to keep the party going till the break of dawn… or the end of the world.

This Is The End follows six friends trapped in a house after a series of strange and catastrophic events devastate Los Angeles. As the world unravels outside, dwindling supplies and cabin fever threaten to tear apart the friendships inside. Eventually, they are forced to leave the house, facing their fate and the true meaning of friendship and redemption. The film is directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg from a screen story and screenplay by Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg and stars James Franco, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, with Michael Cera and Emma Watson.  The film is produced by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver.
