Kylesa Premiere “Vulture’s Landing” Via Loudwire; Spring Tour Tickets On-Sale

Apr. 9, 2013, Philadelphia – Kylesa stream new song, “Vulture’s Landing,” via Loudwire (http://loudwire.com/kylesa-vultures-landing-exclusive-song-premiere/).

The song comes from the Savannah band’s forthcoming album, Ultraviolet, which is available for pre-order via Season of Mist’s e-shop (http://e-shop.season-of-mist.com/en/predefined-search/37879).  Release date is May 28 via Season of Mist.

Kylesa recently announced a Spring tour, which kicks off on May 10 in Gainesville, Fla. at The High Dive.  Openers are Bloody Ceremony, White Hills and Lazer/Wulf.  Tickets are on-sale now.

“Vulture’s Landing” is the third track to be previewed from the forthcoming album.  Spin previously premiered “Quicksand” (http://www.spin.com/articles/kylesa-quicksand-ultraviolet-stream) saying the song  “joins the melodies of ‘90s shoegaze with the churn of modern sludge.”  Season of Mist unveiled “Unspoken” via the label’s Soundcloud player (https://soundcloud.com/season-of-mist/kylesa-unspoken) upon news of an Ultraviolet release date.  Pitchfork called the track “a heaving, goth-metal juggernaut.”
