Sleeping with Sirens To Play Main Stage on Vans Warped Tour 2013!

| 1 February 2013 | Reply

Grand Rapids, Michigan – February 1, 2013 – Sleeping With Sirens announces today they will make a triumphant return to play the full Vans Warped Tour again this summer, this year on the main stage. Vocalist Kellin Quinn commented, “We’re very excited to announce that we will be returning to this year’s Vans Warped Tour! We’re honored to be chosen again and can’t wait to party with all our awesome fans on the road!”

Vans Warped Tour Founder Kevin Lyman rarely selects bands to play back-to-back years on the tour, but with Sleeping with Sirens’ swift rise to national fame since last year’s Warped Tour and their Fall tour with Pierce The Veil, they were an obvious choice to return.

Sleeping with Sirens announced earlier this month they will headline the Take It Or Leave It Tour with support from ConditionsDangerkids andLions Lions. Tickets are now on sale. For additional details, please visit:

Sleeping with Sirens is currently in the studio recording their upcoming full-length album, which has already been garnering huge buzz since Quinnappeared on the Cover of Alternative Press‘s coveted “Most Anticipated Music of 2013” February issue, alongside Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 and Frank Turner.

Sleeping with Sirens released their acoustic album, If You Were A Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack via Rise Records on June 26th. The album was produced by Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World, Finch, Blink-182) and debuted at #17 on the Billboard Top 200 charts, selling 17,486 in the first week. If You Were A Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack also hit #4 on both the Independent charts and Hard Music charts and #5 on the Current Alternative charts. Along with Quinn, Sleeping With Sirens is guitarists Jesse Lawson and Jack Fowler, bassist Justin Hills and drummer Gabe Barham. The Grand Rapids, Michigan-based group’s first album for Rise Records, With Ears To See And Eyes To Hear, debuted in March 2010 at #7 on Billboard‘s “Top Heatseekers”chart, and at #36 on “Top Independent Albums.”  Released in May 2011, the record peaked at #78 on Billboard‘s “Top 200” chart, as well as#13 on “Top Independent Albums” and #5 in “Hard Rock.”
