New drummer Zot (Ink/Anxiety Whispers) has joined the fold and previous drummer Jeff has moved to keys/samples.

The band (also consisting of Oliver (Vocals) Matt (Bass) and Bizz (Guitar)) has been rehearsing steadily for the last few months while keeping things under wraps. This is the tightest and most powerful version of the line-up yet, with Zot and vocalist Oliver already having a strong working relationship having played together in Anxiety Whispers previously.

Comments the band: “We are extremely happy with the way the band is sounding with the new lineup, Zot brings a strong driving force to our already groove heavy, industrial- metal vibe. Jeff has always had a strong interest and hand in the electronic side of things, and has been waiting for the right opportunity to step up to the plate.”

“We would like to thank Craig for his time with us, but commitments outside of the band wouldn’t let him commit to the huge 2013 we have coming up. We wish him all the best.”

The band completed a photo shoot with Farski Photography at a location claimed to be in the top ten haunted places in Australia and featured on the TV show Paranormal Investigators. The band was given exclusive access and has been one of the only groups to be allowed in the secure location.

Our Last Enemy debuts the new line-up with a headline slot at Shananingans 6 in Canberra on Friday Feb 15th and in Sydney the following week on Friday Feb 22nd  for the benefit show “Bloodrock”  to raise money for dear friends who are fighting the good fight against illness.
