This remake of the 1981 cult classic is produced by Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell and Robert G. Tapert – reuniting the filmmakers of the original Evil Dead series. The film is written by Sam Raimi and Fede Alvarez and stars Jane Levy (Suburgatory), Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas and Australian actress Elizabeth Blackmore.
