2fast4love present COUGH UP! Tour Fundraiser for THE LUNGS

Friday 11th Jan C5 Bar (Metros Freo) 9pm with Creature, The Reptilians, Lucille, Bob Gordons, Blazin’ Entrails and THE LUNGS    (DJ Hate on the decks)

For the past 15yrs Mandurah’s favorite Scum Rockers have set the bar for how Dirty West Australian Punk and Roll should be done. Playing nearly every corner or our state and supporting everyone from GBH, Mouthguard, Topnovil, Black Flag, The Easy Beats and Powder Finger. Along the way releasing a stack of CD’s and notching up a Peel Music Award, An Australian Punk Industry award and an Aria nomination for their 2010 album BOOZE HOUND.

However the one thing THE LUNGS haven’t done is get across to NSW to take part in the coveted OI! fest, a 2 day event featuring over 30 of Australias finest Oi and Street Punk bands.

And as anyone from Perth knows, NSW is a bloody long way away and this trip is going to take $$$. Unfortunately fortnightly dole checks don’t go all that far when living the touring rock star lifestyle.  Thats why 2fast4love along with the Perth punk community have banded together to raise funds.

In killing 2 birds with one stone we are also helping to launch C5 bar as Freo’s newest premier live music venue.
