Fire From The Sky has received rave reviews and accolades pointing to some of the band’s most complex and melodic material in years.
“Heavy, grim…its best songs will remind listeners of Metallica.” 4/5 Stars – Revolver Magazine
“Shadows Falls (and producer/co-songwriter Adam Dutkiewicz) tackle our end times with aplomb. There’s a little something for everyone here, be it old-school thrash, hardcore sing-alongs, awesome solos, radio-friendly choruses, scream/sung dueling vocals… and that’s just the first song (“The Unknown”)……a duality that a modern-day Metallica would love to master.” – Decibel Magazine
“Fire from the Sky is a great example of the Shadows Fall sound: amazingly energetic drums; thrashy, precise guitars; a mixture of screamed and melodic vocals; and impeccable production values…There’s hardly a weak moment to be found on Fire From the Sky, and every Shadows Fall fan will be pleased.” – Outburn Magazine
“Fire From The Sky is another compelling addition to their catalog…a leaner, meaner and thrashier take on their signature metalcore sound…the quintet’s energy bursting from the speakers…A damn fine metal record” 3 ½ /4 Stars – Alternative Press Magazine
“SF’s aggressive, thrashing abandon, musical sophistication, and melodies co-exist in near perfect balance.” – All Music
“With Fire From the Sky Shadows Fall have further proven why they’re one of the most thrilling heavy metal acts of the last 20 years.” – AOL Noisecreep
