New artist- David Rogue

New York (September 13, 2012) – Breakout singer and songwriter, David Rogue, will take center stage at Joe’s Pub in New York City to showcase his highly anticipated debut album “Victim of My Circumstance” on Saturday, September 29th, 2012. Rogue was recently highlighted by Life & Style Weekly as a “must listen!”, and his music has been featured in several award-winning films. “Victim of My Circumstance” will be available worldwide on iTunes and other online retailers starting September 25th, 2012.

“I am very pleased to be releasing my debut album this September. The album has contributions from over 15 world-class musicians/collaborators including all-time greats such as Phil Ramone, Jim Keltner, and Tony Levin to name a few,” said Rogue. “I am very proud of the songs and the musicianship on this record and am excited to be showcasing it in my hometown at Joe’s Pub, one of NYC’s most celebrated venues.”

The newly acclaimed musician wrote 11 of the 12 songs on the album, which was produced by Grammy-nominated producer/engineer RK\Roman Klun and also features some of the industry’s biggest names.  At the show, David will be performing the lead single off his new album, “Free Fall in Love,” which was co-written by Glee star, Matthew Morrison, alongside Jeff Cohen and Sacha Skarbek. Also performing live with Rogue Saturday night is an all-star line-up including famed saxophone player Andy Snitzer (Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Paul Simon) and Spin Doctors drummer Aaron Comess. Additionally, David’s track “The Ride” features duet vocals produced by multiple Grammy award-winner Phil Ramone.  Fans can also look forward to hearing musicians Jim Keltner (John Lennon, George Harrison, Bob Dylan), Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, John Lennon, Pink Floyd), Ben Butler (George Michael, Rod Stewart) and Matt Beck (Matchbox 20, Rob Thomas) on the new record among many others.
