Goomba Music Signs Deal with SPV GmbH Distribution Germany

September 13, 2012 – Chicago independent record company, Goomba Music is proud to announce the signing of a distribution deal with SPV GmbH, Hannover, Germany.

SPV was established in 1984 and is one of the largest independent record companies in the world. With distribution all over the world, SPV has an unparalleled reputation for audio quality, archive research and visual presentation.

Goomba Music’s President Mark Nawara comments, “This partnership with SPV gives our artists the opportunity to have their records distributed throughout Europe, by one of Europe’s finest music companies. This deal truly makes Goomba Music a worldwide entertainment company and we are very excited about our future with SPV”.

The initial titles to be released via SPV will be Scum Of The Earth’s “The Devil Made Me Do It”, Acaro’s, “The Disease of Fear” and the re- issue of Crowbar’s “Obedience Thru Suffering” on October 29, 2012. In addition, all of Goomba Music’s catalog will be released this winter through SPV.

SPV’s General Manager, Frank Uhle states, “As we just started to reactivate our distributed labels business, we´re happy to welcome Goomba Music to the SPV family and I´m looking forward teaming up and be part of their professional expertise in rock and metal.”

In addition to SPV, Goomba Music is distributed by eOne Distribution throughout North America and RSK Distribution in the UK.
