Lafayette, LA’s Lauren Daigle is currently spreading joy and music on her Kaleidoscope Tour in support of her recently released self-titled disc.  After a cool opening set from Blessing Offor (who accompanied Lauren on the recent release and remix of “These Are The Days”) the arena and stage were readied for the amazing show that was to come.  Leaning into her catalog and pulling more than half the evenings set from her latest offering, Lauren kicked things off with three new songs in a row with “These Are The Days,” “Waiting,” and “New” engaging with the sold out Amalie Arena crowd on an enjoyable Friday evening.  As the photographers were escorted out of the arena after the allotted time and song allowance for photos, the song that started my enjoyment of Lauren’s music, “Look Up Child,” coursed through the venue’s sound system and washed across the capacity crowd who seemed to enjoy the track as much as I did.  All told, I regret not grabbing a ticket to the show, as Daigle was no fire and was about to unleash an amazing night of music and message.  Be sure to grab tickets as the tour winds across the country and experience the magic that is Lauren Daigle.
