Real Friends and Knuckle Puck at the Tampa Orpheum on Friday night absolutely killed it. They both made sure to perform many popular throwbacks in between new songs to get everyone hype. Even if the venue was a bit smaller than their usual, both bands still performed a perfect sing along set. Knuckle Pucks lead, Joe Taylor even told the crowd that the first crowd surfers they’ve ever had as a band was in Tampa, Fl. Queue tons of crowd surfers after that. As a fan myself, I was a bit worried seeing Real Friends now that they have a new lead singer. Especially when theyre singing a lot of throwbacks but I was so pleasantly surprised to love Cody Muraro’s version of these songs!
