Western Australian legends Dark Universe and Black Steel to Break The Chains
Western Australian legends Dark Universe and Black Steel to Break The Chains
When Covid-19 shut down the world, hundreds – thousands – of bands around the world, not to mention all of their support crew, were thrown into limbo.
Now, with Western Australia being one of the safest and most enviable places to be Coronavirus-wise, we’re starting to break the chains that bound us for months.
Guitar heroine Jaime Page’s Dark Universe and Guitar Gods Australia (West Coast) are uniting to present Breaking The Chains, featuring metal legends Black Steel and the debut of an all-new power trio, Triple Engine.
This epic hard rock triple-header storms Perth’s Civic Hotel on Saturday, August 22.
The show will be limited (at this stage) to one hundred tickets to allow for appropriate social distancing, making it a limited edition show that will be talked about for a long time to come.
Black Steel – featuring West Australian metal and hard rock legends Jaime Page, Matt Williams & Dave Harrison – will finally get to show off new boy Adrian Petrache accompanying Jaime on guitar.
Triple Engine is a heavy-duty new power trio featuring Craig Skelton, Daniel Skelton and Chris Gibbs opening the show and looking forward to their big debut with relish.
The monolith that is Dark Universe has an abundance of love, light, anger and joy to share, and their first show back promises to be everything that a hard rock fan could hope for.
