Katy Steele with full band and 20 piece WAAPA GOSPEL choir to perform Quarry Amphitheatre Sat Dec 14th

Australia’s queen of melodic, emotive pop, Katy Steele, is back and putting on a show like no other. Katy will be playing amongst the magical setting of The Quarry Amphitheatre on Saturday the 14th of December.

Playing alongside Katy and her band will be the, 20 piece, WAAPA Gospel choir accompanied by a string quartet. Playing songs from her Little Birdy back catalogue along with tracks from her solo records, Human and the unreleased, new work, ‘Soul Bride’ – The songs will be re-imagined with the accompaniment of a 20 piece choir and live string section.

The Quarry Amphitheatre is an open air natural amphitheatre sitting between two limestone cliffs – situated at City Beach. This will be an all ages event – under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

The Quarry Amphitheatre also boasts a cafe which serves food and alcohol although you are more than welcome to BYO picnic and drinks (Alcoholic beverages allowed). As there are no fixed seats in the venue it is highly recommended that you bring your own camping style chair (no wider than 52cm) or even a picnic rug.

There will also be the option of VIP tickets. The VIP pass will include a choice of two hampers – Ultimo Hamper or Ultimo Garden Hamper and a bottle of either Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River or Cabernet Merlot, Margaret River. VIP also includes meet and greet after the show and limited edition signed poster.

This will be a beautiful family friendly show set amongst the stars in Perth’s summertime. A rare chance to see one of Australis’s most unique singers accompanied by Perth’s finest gospel choir. This is sure to be one of summers hottest tickets!
