It’s hard enough when your older brother and sister are superheroes and super obnoxious – but when you finally find your own superpower and it’s as lame as Dylan’s, then you just want to run away and hide.
As the title suggests, Dylan’s superpower is the ability to talk to Iguanas – a questionable talent at best, especially when arch villain Celina Shufflebottom has kidnapped every single superhero in London.
But with the help of a pack (herd? flock?) of iguanas and a triple cheese pizza, Dylan might just be able to save face in front of his siblings, and the rest of the cities superheroes.
James Bishop’s tale is silly and fun and guaranteed to be a favourite bedtime read for youngsters and parents alike.
