INTERVIEW: Mike Foxall, Neptune Power Federation/The Art Of Fox

Mike Foxall – aka Fox – is living the dream. As guitarist – for which he assumes another aka, Inverted Crucifox – and artist-in-residence with gonzo psych horror metal band The Neptune Power Federation he’s released three albums of mind-melting this-is-it-folks-over-the-top everything-but-the-kitchen-sink heavy rock that taps into the rich and glorious vein of a thousand b-grade Hammer Horror and sci-fi movies and ‘80s metal purveyors.

Neptune Power Federation features members of such bands as Frenzal Rhomb, Mortal Sin, Nancy Vandal, The Tenants, Your Mother, The Love Songs, Demolition Highstyle and Daredevil, and Foxall’s own pedigree includes Nancy Vandal, Musk and other cult acts.
