SHADOWQUEEN launch new video Waiting On You

Melbournian hard rockers Shadowqueen return with their new single ‘Waiting On You’, the first offering from their sophomore album which is slated for a 2017 release.

The uncompromising three piece consisting of Robbi Zana(vocals/bass), Si Hopman (guitar) and Alex Deegan (drums) have been garnering the support of punters and industry alike since the release of their self-titled album in 2012, with support slots for much loved artists such as Shihad, The Butterfly Effect and King Parrot while receiving attention across radio formats from Unearthed to Triple M to specialist online stations.

Shadowqueen deliver crushing riffs, seismic choruses and undeniable groove with absolute conviction.

Robbi says of the single, “This track’s narrative shines the light on the struggles of contending with internal self-deprecating dialogue and the realisation that you’re ultimately waiting on yourself to get out and achieve your goals and dreams.”

‘Waiting on You’ is out Friday September 2 via all good digital retailers, and the band will play a Single Launch on Friday 23 September @ The Elephant and Wheelbarrow, St. Kilda, Victoria.
