The last few years have seen the WAM Festival evolving into a new beast, now speaking volumes to all music lovers – from international and national industry leaders to music fans of all genres. Highlights from last year’s festival included the debut of the Block Party seeing 3,000 attendees and lines around the corner; record-breaking queues at Saturday Spectacular venues; and a multitude of direct and flow-on industry outcomes for acts, including booking agency and label signings, tours, radio playlistings, features etc. More than 10,000 attendees applauded.

Yet don’t think we’re resting on our laurels; this year is set to be even BIGGER! Continuing to improve and ensure it’s unarguably the most essential series of events to mark into every music calendar, the newly expanded four-day WAM Festival will this year turn Perth, Fremantle and surrounding suburbs into a musical playground, Thursday 5 – Sunday 8 November.

We’re excited to reveal the shape and feel of WAM Festival 2015, with upgrades including an even bigger Block Party; a huge new program of Friday events; and the introduction of a Fremantle three-stage free event, Sunday Best. Whilst we’re not yet revealing any of the 100+ acts set to showcase, it’s time to start planning your good times:
