It’s a slim tome (bolstered by a padded cover to make it look more like a bar of chocolate), but one that does exactly what it says on the cover: it’s a collection of some of the very best recipes featuring Lindt chocolate, lovingly photographed and simply written.
I must admit I misread the publicity about this one and was expecting a short dissertation on the history of the Lindt company, or their pioneering chocolatiering methods, but with nary a foreword or postscript, we must instead let the food do the talking.
I can assert that as a long-time fan of Lindt, these recipes really are special, from the Chocolate Fondant Cake and Salted Butter & Chocolate Caramel Pizza to the Chocolate Profiteroles, Meringues, Brownies and Old Fashioned Hot Chocolate Drink. It’s a chocoholics delight.
Some other stuff you might dig
