NONONO Ambush America With Massive Single “Pumpin’ Blood”
Swedish import NONONO has officially taken America by storm with their catchy as hell debut single, “Pumpin’ Blood.” The song scored a massive international TV commercial campaign for Samsung’s Galaxy IV, as well as a Sparkling Ice campaign that’s now running. Trailblazing radio stations like KROQ/LA, KYSR/LA, KXTE/Las Vegas, LIVE105/SF, WHFS/Baltimore, Sirius/Alt Nation, WEQX/Albany, KCMP/Minneapolis and Music Choice have all jumped on the song early, and added the song to rotation weeks before its official add date. Let’s just say, things are feeling really good for NONONO here in the US-of-A.
NONONO’s “Pumpin’ Blood” is now for sale at iTunes, Amazon and all other DSP’s and streaming on Spotify. Check out the official video for “Pumpin’ Blood,” stream the song on Soundcloud and take a listen to the Taken by Trees Remix of “Pumpin’ Blood,” which quickly jumped to number one on Hype Machine last month.

Swedish threesome NONONO, aka lead singer Stina Wappling, and the production duo Astma & Rocwell formed in Stockholm during the spring of 2012, following Stina’s return from Brighton where she had spent three years studying for a degree in psychology – a subject which might have indirectly impacted her songwriting.
The band are currently finishing their debut album, which they describe as “dark and beat-orientated,” for the most part, although the mood will likely improve as the seasons change in Sweden. The aim? “We would really like if someone gets a feeling that they can take from it. We want to make an impact and for people to be touched,” says Michel. “Most importantly, it is going to come from the heart”.
