You Am I Announce further shows for “Hi Fi Daily Double” National Tour

Sound As Ever  / Hi Fi Way  / Hourly Daily Re-Issues out Friday June 14^th thru Sony Music

 

With tickets for many of the You Am I shows across the country continuing to sell out, the band are pleased to confirm a new show in Darwin on Friday August 9th, 2 dates in Northern Queensland for Cairns on Saturday August 10^th, and Mackay on Sunday August 11th, and a staggering 4^th show for Melbourne at The Forum on Sunday July 7^t.  The band have also sold out the Brisbane Tivoli Theatre show on Thursday June 27^th.

 

To celebrate 20 years of kicking out their collective jams, Tim Rogers, Andy Kent, Russell Hopkinson and 15-year-veteran ‘new guy’ David Lane are putting the finishing touches on some special treats to mark this anniversary year.  Their first three albums, Sound As Ever, Hi Fi Way and Hourly Daily are being given the full reissue treatment. Remastered Digital and CD versions will feature a ton of extra tracks including never-before-released live performances, Demo’s, alternate versions and B’sides. The CD will also feature expanded booklets with liner notes, historical information and unseen photos. Please note: Originally scheduled for release Friday June 7^th – the albums are now due for release a week later on Friday June 14^th
