The Killers and Wilco To Headline LouFest 2013, Tickets On Sale Friday, May 3 at 10:00 AM CST
St. Louis, MO – April 30, 2013 Listen Live Entertainment, in partnership with C3 Presents, has announced the 2013 LouFest lineup, bringing The Killers, Wilco, The National, Alabama Shakes and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros to St. Louis’ Central Field in Forest Park September 7-8, 2013.
The 2013 bill will also include performances by Jim James, Local Natives, Fitz and the Tantrums, Toro Y Moi, Twin Shadow, Trampled by Turtles, Walk The Moon, Ra Ra Riotand Court Yard Hounds.
Local favorites Kentucky Knife Fight and Tef Poe round the bill with Icona Pop, Youngblood Hawke, Robert Delong, Jukebox the Ghost, Wild Belle, The Mowgli’s, Brick + Mortar, Desert Noises, Space Capone, Wild Cub, J. Roddy Walston & The Business, Andrea Davidson, Modoc, and The Lonely Biscuits.
For the first time in the festival’s four year history, LouFest will add a third stage to accommodate their expanding footprint and lineup, bringing 30 dynamic bands to perform at this year’s festival. Thanks to fan appreciation, LouFest continues to grow in size and scope and offer an unforgettable music experience.
The line-up isn’t the only hot item at LouFest this year. The festival will offer some of the best food St. Louis has to offer through their curated Nosh Pit, Presented by FEAST. LouFest-goers can stroll through Market Square to check out art, threads, and stylish accessories from the St. Louis creative community and beyond, or relax and enjoy the beer garden, featuring local craft beers.
Along with significant greening efforts coordinated by St. Louis Earth Day, LouFest will also implement a Rock & Recycle program where festivalgoers can visit the Rock & Recycle Center to pick up a bag to fill with recyclable cans and water cartons.
