Kicking off on Thursday 5 June, blues rock exponents The Date will play Lou Reed’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Animal in its entirety followed by a selection of the late iconoclast’s greatest hits. In the weeks to follow The Wesley Goodlet Jamboree Scouts will take on David Bowie’s The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust, Her Majesty’s (Kenji Kitahara & Special Guests) will tackle The Beatles’ Abby Road and Ruby Boots will perform the songs from Lucinda Williams’ Car Wheels On A Gravel Road.

The series will continue throughout July and August with members of Eskimo Joe, The Chemist, End Of Fashion, Sleepy Jackson, Timothy Nelson & The Infidels, The Basement Birds and more joining forces in super-tributes such as Fleetwood Rack (Fleetwood Mac), Pink Eye Town (Weezer), Kim Deal Or No Deal (The Pixies) and culminating in an audio visual performance of Pink Floyd’s The Wall.

For all those list making record obsessives there will be album giveaways courtesy of Mills Records and a special package offer on tickets available via Oztix. Don’t miss this incredible chance to see much loved musicians play the songs that launched a thousand riffs.
