Citizen had the Orpheum in Tampa, Florida, bursting with nostalgia last Sunday. Their signature alternative style was on full display, as they rocked songs from all their albums, sending their die-hard fans into a frenzy. Fans belted out every word to their favorite tunes from YOUTH., their voices so loud that the lead singer couldn’t help but beam and hold out the mic to the crowd multiple times. The air was filled with consistent crowd surfers and circle pits, which is nothing new for this band. The climax of the night was the band’s electrifying performance of their latest single, “Calling The Dogs,” from their newest album of the same name. They wrapped up the night with a bang, playing their hit song “I Want To Kill You.” But even as the concert drew to a close, fans were still jumping and singing along with the band.
