It just isn’t the Christmas season without a great concert filled with holiday classics.  LeAnn Rimes delivered a great show covering the classics, as well as a couple of her own hits, when she visited The Colosseum inside Caesar’s Casino Windsor.  The packed audience waited patiently for the 9:30 stage time.  As the slight buzz grew by the minute, all in the crowd were excited and cheering when the house lights went down and the stage lights came up slowly to showcase Ms. Rimes band and then finally, LeAnn herself.  As her vocals cascaded over the audience through the sounds system, the entire venue was filled with her beautiful voice winging songs we all love to hear this time of year.  The smile on LeAnn’s face was present throughout the performance, as was the smile on the faces of her fans that filled The Colosseum to capacity.  Although tonight seemed a bit more formal than some of her shows previously experienced, as LeAnn took to the stage in an elegant black dress, her voice and the emotion behind it, lifted everyone this evening to enjoy the sounds of the season.  Showcasing holidays songs, including those from her recently released Christmas album, One Christmas – Chapter 1, Rimes wowed the crowd from the opening note.  Hopefully she will soon hit the road and grace her fans and audiences world wide with more charm, smiles, and of course the hits, that we have all come to love and expect from LeAnn.
