Argentian Street Food explores the vibrancy of the Buenos Aires street food scene. Zanoni and Stivelmaher are 2 Argentinian chefs who run several restaurants and food trucks in Paris, so they’re well placed to share this authentic and unique cuisine with us.
The primary focus here is tasty little empanadas: mini pies with all sorts of fillings from meat to ham & cheese, veg to sweet fillings. They’re mouth wateringly appetising and the recipes are explained simply and clearly. There’s also a large section on desserts, fruit and ice cream, amongst others.
Tasty & vibrant, small food – dude food, if you must – like this has to be intensely and simply flavoured to work, and these recipes seem certain to please.
