June 19, 2013 – Los Angeles, CA – British band TRC has announced plans to release their new, full-length album, Nation, in the U.S. on September 24th via No Sleep Records.  The record was recorded in their hometown of London with Steve Sears (Gallows, Lethal Bizzle, Hang The B*stard).

For the past 8 years, TRC has reinvigorated the London Underground with their unique blend of hardcore/metal crossover and underground UK grime and hip-hop. They have since been recognised as true pioneers within the hardcore scene and one of the UK’s highest hopes for bringing the genre to the mainstream.

Born out of the concrete jungle of inner city London, their influences are as diverse as they are eclectic. After several EPs and the success of 2011’s ‘Bright Lights‘, the bands debut international full length, their most recent single ‘#TEAMUK’ saw the band earn a nomination at the 2012 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award as ‘Best UK Band’, cementing their unique sound as the most exciting thing to happen to British rock music in a long time.

Famous for their imaginative videos and notorious for their dangerous live shows, the band has gone from strength to strength, embarking on tours with acts as diverse as Gallows, Knuckledust, The Acacia Strain and Lower Than Atlantis.

Taking their Hip Hop/Grime influence further, the heavy parts are also some of the most crushing the band have ever delivered. Showing impressive variety and evolution in their songwriting, without losing their instantly recognizable sound , Nation does not disappoint.

This is an album that makes a HUGE statement…that TRC are not only here to stay, but are one small step away from total world domination.
