The Summer Set release “Boomerang” today on iTunes

Los Angeles, CA (March 12, 2013) – Pop/Rock quintet The Summer Set have released their new single “Boomerang” today on iTunes, which was premiered yesterday with Billboard.com. The track is the band’s first official single from their forthcoming third studio album Legendary, out April 16^th which Alternative Press called “one of the most anticipated albums of 2013.” Fans can view the new accompanying lyric video for “Boomerang” now on the band’s official YouTube page and onAltpress.com who recently premiered the video.

Front man Brian Dales recently told Billboard online, “This is a song about promising all of the most outlandish wonders you can for a girl that you love and never giving up on her. Our first record had a great sense of tongue and cheek lyrics and energy and I think this song is a great representative of TSS 3.0.”

Fans can expect to hear the band play “Boomerang,” currently being taken to Top 40 radio, as well as other new tracks from Legendary on their current headlining North American “Wake Up and Be Awesome Tour” (remaining tour dates below). With multiple dates quickly selling out, the Alternative Press Magazine presented tour also features support from We Are the in Crowd, Go Radio, For The Foxes, and Paradise Fears.
