CONTINENTS RELEASE “THE MAKING OF IDLE HANDS PART 3”

CONTINENTS rang in the New Year with a bang and couldn’t be happier to celebrate their forthcoming release Idle Hands, out January 22^nd. They’ve released their third installment of “The Making Of Idle Hands”, where fans get to peak into the world of vocalist Phil Cross and bassist Dominic Turner as the record at Studio Six in Swindon, England. They will be hosting an album release party on February 21^st in Cardiff at CLWB IFOR BACH. CONTINENTS will shred through their entire album from front to back and get fans all riled up with crowd chants, breakdowns and expertly executed solos.
